But how to create an affirmation?

Before creating an affirmation, you will be asked to familiarize yourself with five steps:

Step # 1. What do you want

Step # 2. Affirmative wording

Step number 3. In the present tense

Step number 4. Reasonably express our desires

Step number 5. We speak only about ourselves

Positive affirmations will significantly change your life for the better, the main thing is to work with them correctly.

How to work with affirmations.

We pronounce the affirmation 300 times, then click on the button in the list, we do the same thing the next day.

And so for 30 days. One affirmation will take you 12-15 minutes.

If you have several affirmations, it is recommended to pronounce them all in a row, in one text.
